2. VISITORS

Parents/Guardian are allowed to visit students once a month over the weekend that coincides at the end of the months.

3. WORSHIP

Every student is required to attend religious services according to her denomination registered in the registration school books. The matron or female teacher will escort students to venue of worship.

4. PUBLIC HOLIDAYS

The school will honor all public holidays religious or secular.

5. HOLIDAYS

Students go on leave twice a year. They will go for their mid – term break and end of term.

6. PERMISSION

Permission will be given only for sick students and if going back home to collect school fees whenever needed.

6. ACADEMIC TOURS

Student will go for academic tours as scheduled in the school calendar.

6. TRANSFER CHARGES

Student wishing to transfer to other school will pay a transfer charge 20,000/=

7. DRESSING

Classroom uniform green shirt, white socks, black shoes, green pullover, school T- shirt and a necktie. Students should wear uniforms according to venue or context.

8. TRANSPORTATION

The school owns two school mini buses (Isuzu journey), which are very useful for the students transport to different places such as hospital, church, mosque, refreshments and study tours trips during the holiday on their way back home.

9. FACILITIES

We have a computer room with 40 PCs. This computer knowledge is one of the basic knowledge toward the world of science and
technology.

In addition, there is a library, dining hall, playing grounds and science labs.

10. FOOD

Apart from the traditional dishes of porridge and makande, our girls also have regular meals of rice curry, rice beans, meat and pilau. These meals are supplemented with fruits and green vegetables.

11. DEMOCRACY

The views of the students are respected. The students can see any leader in the school, including the Director at any time on any issue. They are free to give their opinions on the performance of teachers.

School rules and regulation will be provided when in school.
